The owners of this place and the organization help maintain this place, have done an outstanding job, getting the storage units grounds clean up and maintained, installed a fence for you convince, and all your things to be stored with the up most security, lighting is also well lite. I wasn't informed that I had to set it up for the 1st until after it had cost me a couple of late fees.

I have had many storage experiences over my 76 years. I've probably rented rental storage 12 to 15 times. I own 5 portable storage units ... I have had many storage experiences over my 76 years. I've probably rented rental storage 12 to 15 times. I own 5 portable storage units in 3 different locations. The two units I have in Hot Springs are 20x20 and 20x30. I have never had a single issue with rodents, insects or moisture in either of these units in over 10 years with them. The cost and security is very good compared to any other I am aware of, including the the climate controlled units. The only issue I have is it allows me to hoard more junk then I should. New security has allowed me more flexibility.
